Insurance Repair Process

1. Initiate an Insurance Claim

   • Before scheduling an appointment, contact your insurance provider to open a claim.

   • Depending on your insurer's process, they may either send an adjuster to assess the damages and create an estimate or require you to submit photos through their online portal.

   • Once the estimate is completed, your insurance company will provide you with a repair estimate via email.

2. Schedule an Appointment

   • After receiving the insurance estimate, book an appointment with us for a comprehensive review of the repair details.

3. Repair Authorization & Deductible Payment

   • To proceed with repairs, you will need to sign the authorization forms.

   • If your insurance policy includes a deductible, you will be responsible for covering that amount at the end of the work.

4. Repair Process & Completion

   • Once the authorization is received and any required payments are made, we will commence the repairs.

   • Upon completion, we will notify you when your vehicle is ready for pickup.

   Non-Insurance Repair Process

   1. Schedule an Appointment with Us!

      • We will conduct an initial assesment, during which we will document the damages and prepare a detailed repair estimate.

   2. Estimate Review

      • We will review the estimate with you, outlining the necessary repairs and associated costs.

   3. Repair Authorization & Deposit

      • To proceed, you will need to sign the repair authorization forms. A deposit is required to order the necessary parts.

   4. Parts Arrival & Repair Commencement

      • Once the required parts arrive, we will contact you to schedule the start of the repair process.

   5. Completion & Vehicle Pickup

      • Upon completion of the repairs, we will notify you that your vehicle is ready for pickup.
