Insurance Repair Process

1. Initiate an Insurance Claim

Before scheduling an appointment, contact your insurance provider to open a claim.

Depending on your insurance company’s process, they may either send an adjuster to inspect the vehicle and prepare an estimate, or ask you to submit photos of the damage through their online claims portal.

Once the estimate is completed, your insurance company will provide you with a repair estimate and claim information.

2. Schedule an Appointment

After receiving your insurance estimate, schedule an appointment with our team so we can review the claim and inspect the vehicle to ensure all necessary repairs are included.

3. Repair Authorization & Deductible

To begin the repair process, you will need to sign the repair authorization forms.

If your insurance policy includes a deductible, that amount will be your responsibility and is typically paid at the time of vehicle pickup.

4. Repair Process

Once authorization is completed and the repair plan is finalized, our technicians will begin the repair process and order any required parts to restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition.

5. Repair Completion & Pickup

When repairs are completed, we will notify you that your vehicle is ready for pickup. Our goal is to return your vehicle safely repaired and looking its best.

Non-Insurance Repair Process

    1. Schedule an Appointment

Contact us to schedule an appointment. Our team will perform an initial assessment of your vehicle, documenting the damage and preparing a detailed repair estimate.

      2. Estimate Review

We will review the estimate with you, explaining the recommended repairs, repair process, and associated costs, so you fully understand the work that will be performed.

      3. Repair Authorization & Deposit

To move forward, you will need to sign the repair authorization forms. A deposit is required to order the necessary parts for your repair.

      4. Parts Arrival & Repair Start

Once all required parts arrive, we will contact you to schedule the start of the repair process.

      5. Repair Completion & Vehicle Pickup

After the repairs are completed, we will notify you that your vehicle is ready for pickup. Our goal is to return your vehicle to you safely repaired and ready for the road.
